|Linda went to Real Estate school and got her first license in 1980. She and her husband owned and operated a livestock auction until 1992, and she continued working there until 2004, when she thought it time to pick her real estate career back up. In 2005, she purchased the United Country franchise office in Lincoln, which she manages along with her daughter, who is also a real estate broker. Since then, the Lincoln office has received numerous awards, including the Diamond Award, President's Honor Group, and Master Salesman; and personally through the West Central Board of Realtors she has earned the Summit Award for Excellence several times. Linda has also served on the West Central Board of Realtors as director, secretary and treasurer. Growing up, Linda lived in a Lake of the Ozarks waterfront home, so she became familiar with the lake area; and then after her marriage she moved to "farm" life. She and her husband own a livestock farm, running about a hundred mommy cows and a few registered Quarter horses. Linda has lived in the Benton County area for over fifty years, and graduated from Lincoln High school, so is very familiar with the area, its people, and would be very glad for the opportunity to tell you what makes living in Benton County so great!|
